Shipping

Can I track the status of my shipment?

Yes, you will usually receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our premises.

How long does it take to receive my package?

You should be able to hold your parcel in your hands after approx. 3 - 7 working days.

Where can I have delivery to?

Currently we ship to Germany, Austria and Switzerland, as well as to the following EU countries:

Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Spain.
Please note that shipping to a packing station is not possible.

Your order

My album cover looks scratched, what should I do?

In most cases, there is no need to worry! The album cover is covered with a thin bluish protective film. This can be easily removed. Afterwards, no more scratches will be visible. However, if you notice any damage to your product, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How can I put the album cover on the wall?

One possibility would be to get double-sided transparent adhesive strips that are especially suitable for sticking on walls. You can find these in all the usual DIY stores. Alternatively, we also offer display stands directly in our shop.

Why does my album cover / keychain look bluish?

No need to worry! Your album cover is covered with a blue protective film on the front to protect it from damage. You can easily remove this and your album cover will be crystal clear!

Is there anything I need to consider when uploading my own photo for the album cover?

Make sure you upload your photo, which is reasonably sharp and bright. By uploading an image, you also confirm that it does not violate any applicable laws and does not infringe any third party rights.

Can I change my order with personalised items afterwards?

Please understand that a subsequent change / cancellation of your order is unfortunately not possible.

I can't find the bill, what can I do?

You will receive your invoice by e-mail within 24 hours after receipt of your order. Please make sure that our email has not landed in your spam folder.

If you still can't find the invoice, please send us an email with your order number to support@musicprinted.de and we will send you the invoice immediately.

Refunds

Do I get a refund for personalised items?

Your order is unique and individually tailored to you. For this reason, we cannot offer you a refund for personalised items. However, please contact us if you are not satisfied with your order. Together we will find a solution to your problem.

My order is damaged, what should I do?

If your order is damaged, please send us an email with your order number and a photo (album cover + packaging) of the damage to support@musicprinted.de. We will make sure that you get a replacement delivery immediately.
